The Germans will have to fight from behind the gates, windows, ruins, day and night. The Germans will have to fight for months on end.

If we can get all the arms we need, the enemy will pay with a sea of blood.”

Resistance Is Not Futile covers the Insurrection of the Warsaw Ghetto in April 1943.

Players are cast in the roles of the commanders of each side’s forces. Both players will have capabilities to inflict harm upon their oppo-nent, while also having liabilities to protect. Contestants will be chal-lenged to do as well, or better than, their historical counterparts. The game is played on a stylized map divided into areas. The map portrays the area of the Ghetto of Warsaw and the portions of the sur-rounding city over which a area grid has been superimposed to regu-late the movement and positioning of game pieces.
