Have an Issue?
This is a customer service page, We usually prefer to respond via email, as it allows more time to prepare a better answer on game related questions. We are always open to feedback that would improve any of our game designs. If it's a great idea we simply spaced out on, we will use it! Designers can't be perfect, neither can playtesting. People see different things. People value different criteria and what is important to one gamer may not be important to another gamer. Some gamers freak out if every dot and T is not in place, if there are any multiple meanings to a single rule, if something is omitted. Yes, these gamers are rules lawyers that have nothing better to do than to look for every flaw, Personally, I find these gamers a little too anal about this. Then, there are gamers who are itching to tweak a game, like a software program. If the original rules are lacking, tweak them until the rules reflect the battle, make suggestions to the designer, raise issues etc. This is constructive not destructive in nature. These gamers are good for any designer. Just because the rules are in print and come with a game does not mean God spoke them and they are forever ordained as gospel. Just remember that.
